THE TRUTH ABOUT TRUTH:

All truth passes through three stages.
First, it is ridiculed.
Second, it is violently opposed.
Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

SOCIALISM MADE EZ

.
The night before last, I was sitting at the bar enjoying a cold pint of Cerveza Chilebeso and the best Mozzarella Cheese Sticks on the planet, when a few dudes seated to the right of me suddenly gave me this idea.

This illustration is so simple that even a couple of liberals might understand it:

Glad you dug it! And thanks for the comment. The more rare they become, the more I appreciate each one. (Try teaching THAT Natural Fact to a snowflake libtard like Andrew Leontard.)

Here's the true story of how this occurred to me:

I really was at Great Basin Brewing Company and to the right of me at the far end of the bar were four guys -- obviously together and friends.

Two of the guys had a normal amount of hair. One guy had a ton of hair fixed up into a "man(homo)bun". And the fourth guy was entirely bald.

While watching them, I got the idea that if the two guys with normal hair were bald like the fourth guy, and "Bunboy" was forced to share what he had with the others, it would be a perfect picture of Socialism.

Socialism: Where no one really, truly benefits, but some people are unjustly forced to suffer loss.

      You a smart one, Robin.

  2. 3-D. I mean it's not fair that some people win life's lottery. Right?

    1. No, God is not fair. But brilliant mankind can fix what God messes up.

  3. I keep forgetting that you have this blog going again (there are so many!)

This was pretty funny. This sort of logic would elude them even with your illustration. They are idiots... no, even more than that: they WANT to be idiots. They try really hard to remain idiots. Any information that comes into their sphere that might conflict with their blissful idiot-ness, they ignore.

The logic here could be applied to more stuffs that the left treasure, like their attire worn to awards shows, as an example. All gowns and tuxes should be confiscated and put into a central location (paid for with SAG dollars) and then rotate who wears what each awards show. If the gown does not fit, well... they wear it anyway.

And the awards! They make their kids accept awards whether they win anything or not, so I think that all the members of the SAG should return all their past awards and be issued participation awards, as big and shiny as can be afforded from the coffers of the guild's member dues.

I've jumped on the socialist "train!"

Well, three blogs. That's only two too many.

      >>... they WANT to be idiots. They try really hard to remain idiots. Any information that comes into their sphere that might conflict with their blissful idiot-ness, they ignore.

That's exactly true and it reminds me of the new (to me) quote I picked up from The Conservative Treehouse website during the presidential campaigns:

David Mamet had a famous saying, essentially: ...‘in order for genuine liberals to continue their illogical belief systems they have to pretend not to know a lot of things’... By pretending ‘not to know’ there is no guilt, no actual connection to conscience. The denial of truth allows easier trespass.

You're saying basically the same thing: Liberals have to consciously work at remaining liberal by ignoring facts contrary to their preferred ideology.

C.S. Lewis had a similar and great quote too, but I'm too tired to try finding it right now.

I like your Socialism in Hollyweird idea. We could apply it straight across the board WITH THEIR OWN STUFF and see how much they like it then:

You have a 40-million dollar mansion? Fine. You get to live in it one day out of the year, and 364 other people will live in it the other days of the year. Why should YOU have a 40-million dollar mansion when other people have to live in slums?

Bruce Springsteen, you receive royalty checks every single day worth hundreds of thousands of dollars? OK, well, from now on, you get the checks one day and other folks who need the money way more than you do will get the checks on the other days in the year.

How do you like your Socialism now, you New Jersey asshole?
