GHOSTS OF CHRISTMAS PAST

Wonderful! Fantastic!
.
This is my favorite version of 'Frosty' - been hearing it on the radio lately. I came to YouTube to see if I could confirm that it was performed by The Ray Conniff Singers (who also once sang the best version of The Star-Spangled Banner at Dodger Stadium).
.
Yours was the first video I saw, and what a bonus to find the song teamed with photos of the defunct Santa's Village, which I dearly loved.
.
Thanks for this, the first Christmas gift I've received in 2012.

  2. Perhaps they can get some federal funds to revamp the old Santa's Villages, and boost the economy through government intervention. More people could be hired, given crisp new dollars, and they could spend this newly printed money to buy products from the Chinese, bolstering their economy.

Tim Giethner can rename it Holiday Village. To celebrate diversity they can feature the Holiday Mosque, the Hanukkah Temple, the Pagan Pavilion, and the Kwanzaa Hut (HA! that's funny on three levels!) in addition to the traditional Obama "Holiday Tree."

I am afraid they will not be able to allow a Nativity scene, however, because that particular display would be exclusionary and divisive.

    Merry F-ing Christmas!

Ha! Great comment, man! You nailed it right on. The "Kwanzaa Hut" I get on two levels, but not sure about a third - I'll think about it later today while driving from law firm to law firm.

Kwanzaa... what a load of nonsense. I've never known a Black person who celebrates it, but then I probably haven't been befriending "authentic" Blacks.

  4. HA! I think that your "driving from law firm to law firm" also is funny on another level!

Yeah, it's funny on the "loser level".

I can still think of only two associations for your "Kwanzaa Hut" remark. Care to explain all three?
