What’s In YOUR Walle— Er… Bookcase?

.
So, there I was the other day, sitting in that room in my house where I eat sandwiches, and eating a sandwich. I had gotten it at ‘Sprouts’, which is where I get my sandwiches. It was mayonnaise, lettuce, red onion, salt ‘n’ pepper, avocado, and extra provolone cheese on multigrain bread. (I know all this because I fished the ‘Sprouts’ Sandwich Order Form out of my trash can. And I see now that I somehow forgot to order tomatoes. Hmmm… Odd. I ALWAYS order tomatoes.)

Anyway, while I was eating my sandwich, I happened to glance to my right at my biggest bookcase, and it occurred to me that my reading habits are all over the map. That’s a good thing. Not as good as tomatoes, but a good thing nonetheless.

Being a voracious reader (as well as sandwich-eater), I own four bookcases to hold all my books. You see, I’m a bookaholic with a severe reading addiction. In fact, I have a $500-a-day reading habit. Unfortunately, in order to feed my habit I have begun breaking into peoples’ homes to steal . . . their books.

My favorite of the four bookcases is the biggest one. It’s my favorite not because it’s the biggest but because my Grandfather helped me to build it from scratch when I was just 14 or 15 years old. After it was constructed, he asked me what color I wanted to paint it. I told him, “Blue and brown”. So, he took me to the hardware store and I selected the shades of blue and brown that I wanted. Grandpa told me some time later that he was very skeptical of my color scheme, but after he saw it on the bookcase he really liked it.
.
.
[Corners cracking but loved no less.]
.
Setting my sandwich down for a moment - (we’re back to that part of the story) – I got up, walked to the bookcase, looked at the title arrangement and chuckled. All over the map, I tells ya! I decided to take a few pictures of my bookcase, front and center (or rather, top and center), and show it to ya.

These are some of my books photographed in their natural habitat; as a man of my word, I give you my word that not even one title was artificially placed for effect – this is the honest hodgepodge or my name isn’t Honest John. Which it isn’t. But don’t trouble me with the details (the devil’s in ‘em).

You’ll undoutedly notice that at one time there was some sort of theme or organizational concept dictating book placement, but over time, haphazardness eroded the order.
.
.
Here’s what you’re looking at, from left to right, top down, beginning with the books that have their spines facing away from the camera:
.
‘A Parenthesis In Eternity’ by Joel Goldsmith [bad book]; ‘The Judas Goats’ by Michael Piper [bad book]; ‘Blowback’ by Chalmers Johnson [mediocre book]; ‘Holidays In Hell’ by P.J. O’Rourke; ‘Economics In One Lesson’ by Henry Hazlitt; ‘Green Eggs And Ham’ by Dr. Seuss [great book]; ‘The Law’ by Frederic Bastiat [Yeah, I’m that guy Karl Marx warned ya about.]
.
‘The Most Scenic Drives In America’ by Reader’s Digest [Literally “all over the map”.]
.
‘Taken Into Custody: The War Against Fathers, Marriage, And The Family’ by Stephen Baskerville; ‘Alien Encounters’ by Chuck Missler [Although I am an Airheadzonan, this is not about THOSE aliens. It’s about aliens from “out there” somewhere.]; ‘Alive And Well’ by Dr. Philip Binzel Jr.; ‘World Without Cancer’ by G. Edward Griffin
.
‘The Making Of America’ by W. Cleon Skousen
.
.
First real shelf: ‘Joseph McCarthy’ by Arthur Herman; ‘McCarthy’ by Roy Cohn; ‘The Naked Capitalist’ by W. Cleon Skousen; ‘The Assassination Of Joe McCarthy’ by Medford Evans; ‘Who Promoted Peress?’ by Lionel Lokos
.
[Out of the camera’s view: ‘McCarthy: The Answer To ‘Tail Gunner Joe’’ by Roy Cohn; ‘America’s Retreat From Victory’ by Senator Joseph McCarthy; ‘The Lattimore Story’ by John T. Flynn]
.
‘Time’ magazine of April, 1998, featuring “The Shroud Of Turin” cover story; ‘The Resurrection Of The Shroud’ by Mark Antonacci; ‘Foundations: Their Power And Influence’ by Rene Wormser; ‘None Dare Call It Treason …25 Years Later’ by John Stormer [Like the tail fins on a 1959 Cadillac, it’s a true American classic!]; ‘The Creature From Jekyll Island: A Second Look At The Federal Reserve’ by G. Edward Griffin; reprints from ‘The New American’ magazine article “How The Monetary Mayhem Began” by James Perloff; Xeroxed sections from the book ‘Treason: The New World Order’ by Gurudas; ‘End-Time Prophecies Of The Bible’ by David Haggith; ‘Women: Theory And Practice’ by Bernard Chapin [Yeah, I need a LOT of practice!]; ‘Women Who Make The World Worse’ by Kate O’Beirne; ‘Why Women And Power Don’t Mix’ by J.P. McDermott [Not to be confused with P.J. O’Rourke. Bad title; excellent book!]; ‘The Gender Agenda’ by Dale O’Leary [Not to be confused with Mrs. O’Leary’s cow]; ‘Manhood Redux: Standing Up To Feminism’ by C.H. Freedman [My favorite anti-Feminism book.]
.
[Out of the camera’s view: ‘The Privilege Of Being A Woman’ by Alice von Hildebrand]
.
‘An Enormous Crime: The Definitive Account Of American POWs Abandoned In Southeast Asia’ by Hendon and Stewart; ‘Standard Operating Procedure’ by Gourevitch and Morris; various anti-military clippings and newsletters; ‘Legalizing Misandry’ by Nathanson and Young
.
Well, there you have it: two small sections of my biggest bookcase. Man, if those subjects were a map, I’d be all over it!

I hope you enjoyed the tour. Donations to feed my reading habit are gladly accepted. Send your books to:

PRUITT IGOE / WORLD TRADE CENTER COINCIDENCE

.
A couple of months ago, I was thinking about my all-time favorite motion picture KOYAANISQATSI while I was playing the film’s soundtrack album. And while track number six, “Pruitt Igoe”, was coming through the speakers of my compact disc player, I got to wondering exactly what that title referred to. So I Googled it and I wound up at Wikipedia, where I was in for a bit of a surprise.

The Philip Glass musical composition titled “Pruitt Igoe” is heard during that portion of ‘Koyaanisqatsi’ when the viewer is shown numerous controlled demolitions of apartment buildings. Here’s what Wikipedia has to say about Pruitt-Igoe:

Pruitt-Igoe was a large urban housing project first occupied in 1954 and completed in 1955 in the U.S. city of St. Louis, Missouri. Shortly after its completion, living conditions in Pruitt-Igoe began to decay; by the late 1960s, the extreme poverty, crime, and segregation brought the complex a great deal of infamy as it was covered extensively by the international press. The complex was designed by architect Minoru Yamasaki, who also designed the World Trade Center towers.

At 3 PM on March 16, 1972 — less than 20 years after construction — the first of the complex's 33 buildings was demolished by the federal government. The other 32 buildings were destroyed over the next two years. The high-profile failure of Pruitt-Igoe has become an emblematic icon often evoked by all sides in public housing policy debate. The Pruitt-Igoe housing project was one of the first demolitions of modernist architecture and its destruction was claimed by postmodern architectural historian Charles Jencks to mark "the day Modern architecture died." Footage of the demolition of Pruitt-Igoe was incorporated into the film Koyaanisqatsi.

.
.
I got to thinking about this architect, Minoru Yamasaki, and what bad luck his buildings encountered at the hands of the United States’ federal government. First, Uncle Sam destroys his Pruitt-Igoe creation in 1972, and then twenty-nine years later, Uncle Sam brings down Yamasaki’s most famous creation, the World Trade Center towers.

Yeah, I know what you’re thinking: What does he mean Uncle Sam brought down the World Trade Center towers?
.
C’mon! C’mon! Not for a moment do I believe that some airliners caused the World Trade Center towers to collapse on themselves controlled-demolition-style. And even if someone WANTS to believe that (and I know many Americans do want to believe it, rather than face the awful truth), do tell me what caused World Trade Center tower #7 to collapse remarkably like towers #1 and #2 collapsed (and like Pruitt-Igoe did), even though tower #7 was never struck by an airplane and other buildings in the immediate vicinity did NOT collapse in like manner?
.
.
Yeah, it’s a terrible thing to have to admit that some highly placed individuals in the federal government would deliberately murder about 3,000 innocent fellow Americans as a justification for executing foreign policy plans in the Middle East. Who wants to believe THAT? Certainly not I. But I am not afraid to face truth, because I sincerely believe the Man who said that once we know truth, truth will make us free.

If there are dirty, murderous dogs in high places, they need to be exposed, prosecuted for their crimes, and removed from their positions of leadership!

Take a look at the video clip links I’m providing below and see if the similar nature of them doesn’t somehow unnerve you.

There are some good books available on this subject [e.g., chapters 6 through 15 of David Icke’s “Alice In Wonderland And The World Trade Center Disaster: Why The Official Story Of 9/11 Is A Monumental Lie”, and Jim Marrs’ “Inside Job: Unmasking The 9/11 Conspiracies”, and “Crossing The Rubicon: The Decline Of The American Empire At The End Of The Age Of Oil” by Michael Ruppert].

However, if you just can’t drag yourself away from Dean Koontz and Dan Brown long enough to read something REAL, perhaps you could manage to find the time to, at the very least, watch a couple of excellent documentaries on this subject. I most highly recommend:

The ‘Press For Truth’ movie trailer doesn’t come anywhere close to doing justice to the documentary itself. Don’t let it turn you off. Rent or buy the movie and turn it on!

Both ‘Loose Change 9/11: An American Coup’ and ‘9/11: Press For Truth’ will leave you with a great many questions that DEMAND reasonable answers. Unfortunately, providing reasonable answers to the Americonned People does not appear to be priority Number One for our dear, dear Uncle Sam.

DRAWING THE LINE FOR UNCLE SAM

.

.
Growing up in earthquake-prone Southern California, my Ma made sure we always had a plan in place should a big shaker hit in the middle of the night. We were all to meet under a certain doorway in the front foyer. (“Foyer” makes it sound like I grew up in an upper level income home doesn’t it? Ha! Far from it.) The extra supports around an entranceway supposedly make the area safest from falling debris.

If you grew up in tornado country, chances are you were all told in advance to get to the basement or storm cellar at the first sign of intensely darkening skies.

Maybe you’ve taken a family trip to a big amusement park and upon arriving, made it clear that should anyone become separated from the group everyone would meet to regather at the wishing well near the entrance to Sleeping Beauty's Castle. Or something along those lines.

It’s always good to be prepared; it’s advisable to have a plan in place BEFORE disaster or misfortune strikes.

Well, is it even possible to use the word “disaster” in a sentence and not immediately think of the United States government?

You know, after you’ve already been surrendering your lunch money to the schoolyard bully for a week or more, it makes it harder to suddenly refuse. The bully has now come to accept that your money belongs to him - he has come to believe that he has a "right" to it - and if you no longer wish to cave in to his intimidation, chances are you will now have to fight your way out of the one-sided deal.

Rather than attempting to reclaim your previously surrendered rights, it is better to already have a plan in place - to have previously made up your mind that you can be pushed only just so far and no further. It’s important to know in advance PRECISELY where you draw the line. This is especially true when it comes to government, because it is the nature of government to take every single inch of ground that the citizen is not willing to fight for. You need to know beforehand where you have drawn the line which says to your tyrannical government (run by egotistical, bullying bureaucrats), “This far and not beyond.”

Well, years ago, I gave some thought to this. “Just how much will I personally take from Uncle Sam before I go on the lam or kick him upside his top-hatted head?”

For me - a serious student of The Holy Bible - the answer was easily arrived at. The Word Of God makes it clear that a time will come when a person who personifies the anti-Christ spirit will compel every person on the planet to receive something underneath his or her skin which will grant them the “privilege” to buy and sell in the global economy. In other words, the anti-Christ will alter your physical makeup in some way.

Therefore, as far as I’m concerned, Uncle Sam’s authority over me ends where my body begins. He might tax me excessively, he might confiscate my property, he might regulate me into claustrophobia, but the moment he tries to claim authority over my body in a physically interactive way, he’s going to have to fight me. And I will fight to the end. (Not that my demise would disturb Uncle Sam in the least.)

So in mid-June, when I learned from a talk radio station that I listen to a little bit that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has now installed and begun operating their controversial full body scanning devices in one of the terminals at my local airport, I said to myself, “Uh-uh. Not me."

As the talk radio host said, he was not going to allow some fat, sweaty guy with the TSA to ogle his young son’s body with some “see-through-the-clothing” device every time they took a vacation together. He then asked the listeners to think about their own teenage daughters and ask themselves, “Am I going to permit some unknown government employee to get an eyeful of my daughter’s seemingly naked body?”

Well, I have no sons nor daughters, but I do have possession of the body that God gave to me. Forget what the government bureaucrats claim, how do I KNOW that a photo of my body won’t be snapped and stored for someone's future pornographic enjoyment? How do I KNOW that my body’s health won’t be adversely affected later by this government-approved machine? How do I KNOW I can believe ANYTHING the government tells me? Has it never lied before? Does it have a glowingly positive track record?

Does it not strike you odd that no one has yet released an authentic photograph with equivalent optical resolution of just what these TSA bureaucrats see when viewing you behind your garments? Why have We The People not been shown just how much detail is actually revealed?

No, sorry, Uncle Sam, but this far and no further. I will not have some TSA homo or even some TSA bimbo gawking at my (might-as-well-be) naked body – Greek-godly sculpted though it is. [*Cough!-Cough!*]

Below are copies of selected Emails I have sent (and a couple of predictable replies I have received) concerning this matter. It’s all self-explanatory.

STMcC To Southwest Airlines:

June 18, 2010
To Whom It May Concern,

Here in Phoenix, Arizona, at Sky Harbor Airport, the TSA has now installed full body scanners at Terminal 4, where Southwest Airlines is located.

This is to inform you that as long as your airline is permitting the TSA to employ the use of full body scanners on people flying with you, I will not patronize your company.

It's true that this is currently a voluntary action, but anyone older than 20 knows that what is voluntary today becomes mandatory tomorrow, and so I am starting my boycott NOW. There's no time like the present.

I will be planning a Summer vacation trip within the next few weeks, but I will not even consider booking a flight with Southwest. And if full body scanners should become mandatory at every airport and with every airline at some future time, I will simply refuse to fly again for the remainder of my life.

The United States of America is being transformed into a virtual police state, and at some point, good Americans must draw the line and say to government intrusion, "Enough is enough."

I have already called the TSA to complain, and now I'm letting you know as well, "Enough". You have just lost my business until full body scanners are no longer being employed in conjunction with your airline.

Sincerely,
Stephen T. McCarthy

Southwest Airlines To STMcC:

Dear Stephen,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns regarding the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
.
It's important to explain that the implementation of imaging technology is solely determined by the TSA and not by the airline. The TSA has a responsibility to ensure the security of the traveling public. However, they also recognize that there is a delicate balance between privacy and security; therefore, as you know, imaging technology is optional for all passengers.
.
Please visit the TSA’s web site for more information (including locations where imaging technology is currently being used) regarding this screening method.
Again, we appreciate your taking the time to share your thoughts. Should your future plans require air travel, we hope we will merit your consideration.
.
Sincerely,
E----, Southwest Airlines

Dear E----:

I thank you for replying to my letter.

Yes, I understand that the TSA is an independent organization ...

I also know that corporations carry a lot of clout in determining government policy. Therefore, I am holding the airlines responsible for doing their part in protesting to the government this unacceptable intrusion into the privacy of the people. Yes, I've been around long enough to know how things work and to recognize how government and corporate bodies are intertwined.

So, what I said stands. Until such time as the TSA is no longer using full body scanning on the individuals flying with Southwest Airlines - whether that scanning is mandatory OR voluntary - I will refuse to ever book a flight with Southwest Airlines, and I will encourage other potential Southwest customers to do the same.

It is the airlines' job to put pressure on the TSA to discontinue this unacceptable practice. I hold you and all of the other airlines responsible because government will not alter its policies unless it is pressured to do so by those who have some leverage.

Again I thank you for your reply.

Still Boycotting,
Stephen

WestJet Replying To STMcC:

Dear Stephen,
Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
.
I can definitely understand your frustrations regarding these new security measures which are continually being introduced.
.
I would just like to stress that these decisions are made by government agencies and like you said mandated by TSA and/or CATSA. Airlines can only at most advise our guests of these changes and comply to these rules and regulations.
.
It is a shame to think that we may be losing a guest because of something completely outside of our control.
.
I hope to welcome you aboard a future WestJet flight.

STMcC To The TSA’s Blog:

[*After attempting numerous times to Email the following to TSA and encountering nothing but system failures and a TSA personnel runaround, I've decided to just post my Email below.*]

To Whom It May Concern At The TSA:

Here in Phoenix, Arizona, at Sky Harbor Airport, the TSA has now installed full body scanners at Terminal 4.

I have taken the time to inform all of the airlines that operate out of Terminal 4 that I will no longer consider flying with them until TSA's scanners have been removed from their Terminal.

Yes, I understand that the full body scans are currently optional and are not involuntarily forced upon any customers. But at fifty years of age and having been around the block a few times, I am also fully aware that unless We The People oppose this invasion of our privacy, the full body scanning will become a requirement for flying in the not too distant future. Government, under the guise of promoting security and convenience, will always attempt to gather as much power over the people as possible, and only a "push back" from the citizens will clue the government in that it has finally gone too far. The most effective "push back" is usually one that hurts another's pocketbook - that's the sort of reaction that really gets one's attention.

For this reason, I am now boycotting all airlines that permit the TSA to utilize this new (and soon to be involuntary) form of personal invasion. The United States of America is being transformed into a virtual prison camp and I, for one, am voicing my disapproval.

With each passing year "the land of the free and the home of the brave" is becoming increasingly more cowardly and less free. If a protest of TSA's over-the-top (and through-the-clothing) invasion of privacy and assault on individual rights must begin with my own personal boycott, then so be it.

I will be encouraging everyone I know to join me in my boycott until the TSA has removed its full body scanners from every airport in this country and some sense of reason and restraint has been restored in our quest to find a balance between security and privacy.

Sincerely,
Stephen T. McCarthy

Americonned People, listen to me! If you will not turn off your #$%&@#! television sets and get off your fat, lazy
#$%&! and ACT to put the brakes on this out-of-control U.S. government, a totalitarian global government will rule your life sooner than later.

ARE YOU A MEMBER OF THE "REPUBLOCRAT" PARTY?

.
Are you a member of one of the two principal political parties in the U.S.A.? Are you still loyal to your political party? Still think your party has the best solutions to national woes? Still think there really ARE two main political parties in America?

*DONG!*
..Wrong.

But thanks for playing.

For all intents and purposes, there is really only ONE major political party in this country. We might as well refer to anyone who is registered as a Republican or a Democrat as a “Republocrat”. And Republocrats aren’t doing their country any good. Consider the following quote:

The chief problem of American political life for a long time has been how to make the two Congressional parties more national and international. The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to doctrinaire and academic thinkers.
.
Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can “throw the rascals out” at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shifts in policy. The policies that are vital and necessary for America are no longer subjects of significant disagreement, but are disputable only in details of procedure, priority, or method.

These things any national American party hoping to win a presidential election must accept. But either party in office becomes in time corrupt, tired, unenterprising, and vigorless. Then it should be possible to replace it, every four years if necessary, by the other party, which will be none of these things but will still pursue, with new vigor, approximately the same basic policies.

~ Carroll Quigley
‘Tragedy And Hope: A History Of The World In Our Time’,

1966; pages 1247 and 1248
.

.
So now you’re asking, “OK. But who the hell is Carroll Quigley? Why should I believe anything HE has to say?”
.
Aside from being Bill Clinton’s mentor, Carroll Quigley (now deceased) was professor of history at the Foreign Service School of Georgetown University, formerly taught at Princeton and at Harvard. He had done research in the archives of France, Italy, and England, and was the author of the widely praised ‘Evolution of Civilizations’.

A member of the editorial board of the monthly Current History, he was a frequent lecturer and consultant for public and semipublic agencies. He was a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Anthropological and the American Economic Association, as well as various historical associations.

He was a lecturer on Russian history at the Industrial College of the Armed Forces beginning in 1951 and on Africa at the Brookings Institution since 1961, and had lectured at many other places, including the U.S. Naval Weapons Laboratory, the Foreign Service Institute of the State Department, and the Naval College at Norfolk, Virginia.

In 1958 he was a consultant to the Congressional Select Committee which set up the present national space agency. He was a collaborator in history to the Smithsonian Institution after 1957, in connection with the establishment of its new Museum of History and Technology. In the summer of 1964 he went to the Navy Post-Graduate School, Monterey, California, as consultant to Project Seabed, which tried to visualize what American weapons systems would be like in twelve years.

But the proof of the pudding, as they say, is in the eating. So, let’s briefly look at a few policies of the last two presidential administrations and see what we find:

Republican George W. Bush sent us to war in the Middle East. He also refused to secure our southern border (despite nearly daily warnings that we were the intended victims of terrorist attacks), even approving the persecution of border patrol agents who attempted to do their duty. And he used massive amounts of taxpayer dollars to bail out institutions in the early days of The Great Recession.

Despite claiming to despise everything that the dirty dog Republican George W. Bush stood for, Democrat Barack “USAP” Obama took over the White House and followed essentially the same policy. Although he swore up and down prior to being elected that he intended to end the war in the Middle East and bring the American troops home, the war is still going strong – it has been extended, in fact – and the troops aren’t anywhere near to coming home. They’ve just been shuttled from war theater to war theater. USAP has likewise refused to secure our southern border, and has even instructed his Justice Department to sue the state of Arizona over its attempts to do something about its terrible illegal alien problem. And USAP has also continued to funnel massive amounts of taxpayer dollars to economically unstable institutions – exceeding even George W. Bush’s redistribution of wealth efforts.

Are you beginning to get the idea yet that policy is not set by our presidents, but by some other unseen entity, and that presidents are rather irrelevant, other than to keep the American People divided and bickering amongst themselves over which political party is more worthy of support?
.
Oh, and one more thing you ought to know about Carroll Quigley: He also said that there was an extremely powerful group behind the scenes which sought to gather economic power in private hands so as to politically dominate nations and create a global form of government. And Quigley primarily approved of their methods and their aims.

But then what the hell did he know?

MARSHMALLOW HEAD DOES IT AGAIN!

.

.
So there was Napoleon with the TV on one day last month, tuned to Glenn Beck’s show on FoxNews (“Fairly Neocon and Unbalanced”), while I was working on the computer (probably composing another blog bit that none of ya bothered to read) when suddenly my ears perked up.

“What was that he just said about Senator Joseph McCarthy? Did Glenn Beck just say something derogatory about McCarthy?” I asked Nappy.

“Oh, yeah, I think so. I don’t know; I wasn’t really paying much attention”, Nappy replied.

Well, as y’all know, when you’re bad-mouthing McCarthy, you’ve gotten on the fightin’ side of me. And really, Glenn Beck has been on the fighting side of me for quite awhile already. I just can’t look at that guy without being overcome by the urge to skewer his big, square, marshmallow head on a stick and toast it over a campfire.
.

.
You see, first of all, I don’t like the guiding force behind FoxNews, Rupert Murdoch: wealthy, pseudo-conservative member of the anti-American Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Secondly, I don’t like FoxNews and its Neocon Talking Heads which are beamed into American homes to brainwash the Americonned People. Thirdly, I wouldn’t trust Glenn Beck any further than I could throw Rush Limbaugh. And lastly, it makes me uncomfortable watching the way Beck makes his massive milky facial expressions; the way he prances and curtsies; the way he acts so… so… well, you know… so much like none of the guys who were on my high school football team with me!

Well, I don’t mean to cast aspersions about anyone’s masculinity nor to come off sounding homophobic, or anything like that. But for obvious reasons, I have taken to referring to FoxNews’ most popular Talking (marshmallow) Head as “Glenn Or Glenda Beck” (thank you, Ed Wood Junior!)

So, I did some online research and found the same Glenn Or Glenda Beck Show that Nappy had been tuned to on that fateful day when Marshmallow Head made his ill-informed remark about the good Senator McCarthy.

The offense took place on Monday, June 14, and here is what Glenn Or Glenda said:

“[I]t is the power of subpoena, forcing people to appear and testify, and that the power to act on what comes from that hearing, THAT is the dangerous power. THAT is what Joseph McCarthy was doing. If I get out of control and start leveling baseless charges that can’t be backed up, guess what happens. I’m fired, I lose my job. If Congress does the same thing, you lose your freedom. Maybe that’s what the press should focus on, hmmm?”

Got that? Senator McCarthy was involved in wrongdoing; he was abusing his Congressional power and “leveling baseless charges” that couldn’t be backed up.

Well, first of all, McCarthy was following well-established Congressional committee protocol; he was not overstepping his boundaries in any way, shape, or form, nor was he venturing into unique methods of questioning. On the contrary, McCarthy bent over backwards to be fair to every person brought before his committee, being lenient and offering the benefit of every doubt. Consider these facts:

Charles E. Ford, an attorney for Edward Rothschild in the Government Printing Office hearings, was so impressed with McCarthy's fairness toward his client that he declared: "I think the committee session at this day and in this place is most admirable and most American."
.
Peter Gragis, who appeared before the McCarthy Committee on March 10, 1954, said that he had come to the hearing terrified because the press "had pointed out that you were very abusive, that you were crucifying people.... My experience has been quite the contrary. I have, I think, been very understandingly treated. I have been, I think, highly respected despite the fact that for some 20 years I had been more or less an active communist."

Far from falsely accusing innocent individuals of communist connections and imputing guilt by association, McCarthy, in truth, sought to keep the names of suspects unknown even while Democrats harangued him to reveal the names publicly. The Senator did not want to see anyone wrongly labeled before all of the facts were in and the truth could be ascertained by thorough investigation. He would not prematurely name names.

So, I immediately began mentally formulating my rebuttal to Glenn Or Glenda’s false (but time-honored) charges. Even going so far as to pull from my bookshelves my copy of James Perloff’s book “The Shadows Of Power: The Council On Foreign Relations And The American Decline” to look up a quote I intended to use in McCarthy’s defense. BUT . . .

Before I found the time to begin drafting a blog bit to toast ol’ Marshmallow Head, I learned to my surprise that Marshmallow Head had completely reversed his opinion on McCarthy and was suddenly “enlightened”. Ain’t that just like a woman named Glenda to change her mind?

You see, I discovered that a mere ten days after informing his vast viewership that McCarthy had been “leveling baseless charges”, Beck had seen the light and was now telling his viewers that McCarthy had been right all along.

On June 14, 2010, according to Glenn, McCarthy was a bad guy and people in government who abuse their power the way he did are the enemy:
.

[Watch the start of Segment 4 up to the 3 minute and 9 second mark (3:09).]

But a week and a half later, on June 24, 2010, according to Glenda, McCarthy was essentially a good guy and We The People were fortunate that he was attempting to expose and dislodge communists from the American government:
.
Video Clip Link:
Glenn Beck Show – June 24, 2010
["Instant Know-It-All": Just add a book and stir.]
.
You see, what had occurred within that ten-day span was that Marshmallow Head had finally managed to read a book he had once started but then set aside (because the truth it was revealing was just too much for him to bear), and that book had proven to him that McCarthy was right after all. The book in question is “BLACKLISTED BY HISTORY: The Untold Story Of Senator Joe McCarthy And His Fight Against America’s Enemies” by M. Stanton Evans.
.

.
The book, by the way, was published in 2007, and I had a copy of it in my hands within days of its rolling off the printing presses. Furthermore, I had read numerous books about McCarthy prior to this one, and I knew perfectly well that McCarthy had been a true, righteous American patriot for YEARS before the M. Stanton Evans book was released in ’07.

But Glenn Or Glenda evidently didn’t know his or her ass from Wisconsin until just recently. That, however, didn’t stop him or her from getting on his or her TV show and spewing a lot of grade C, third-class dog shit about Senator McCarthy in front of millions of viewers!

But then ten days later, when Marshmallow Head had FINALLY learned the friggin’ truth (truth that a few “wacko loons” like myself, with no following or readership to speak of, have known for freakin’ YEARS!) he comes back on his TV program and starts strutting around the set and teaching his viewers as if he’s some kind of #$%&@#! expert on the subject of communist infiltration of the U.S. Government during the ‘30s, ‘40s, and ‘50s. Watch the video clips I provided above and see if I’m not telling the truth.
.

This guy or gal, Glen Or Glenda Beck, is A REAL PIECE OF WORK! What he learns today, he’s teaching YOU tomorrow, and acting in the process as if he’s Mr. Informed. Yeah, he’s America’s great savior – or will be after he’s read that next book lying on his nightstand.

Now let me close this blog bit with a question you Marshmallow Head fans really ought to ask yourselves:

“How do I know that what Glenn Beck is teaching me on his show this week, he won’t be contradicting on his show next week or next month, after he’s read a new book?”

Glenn (Or Glenda) is just shooting from the lip (or hip); it seems that he’s just “learnin’ it” to you as he learns it himself. Evidently you students of Marshmallow Head are only lagging one book (or exactly 240 hours) behind your teacher’s own education.

THE SPIRIT OF (19) SEVENTY-SIX

.

.
The Spirit Of ’76
(1991)
Featuring: David Cassidy, Leif Garrett, Carl Reiner, Tommy Chong, Devo
.

.
OK, this movie I recommend with great trepidation. The Spirit Of ’76 is a very goofy (and at times downright stupid) send-up of the 1970s. If you lived through that decade, you may find yourself laughing at how spot on they got it and at some of the attention to details. Remember how all the fire hydrants were painted red, white, and blue during the bicentennial year? I myself noticed how dogs stopped peeing on them because they were afraid they’d be desecrating the American flag.
.
.
And if you weren’t alive or old enough to remember the Disco Era, you’ll watch this movie and thank your lucky stars for that. The Spirit Of ’76 is one of those “guilty pleasures” for me, but I am self-confident and bold enough to publicly admit that I really like this movie. It takes me back to a time when my hair wasn’t grey and my pants were bell bottomed.
.

.
Here’s a synopsis:
American time travelers from 2176 attempt to return to 1776, hoping to regain knowledge of their lost ancient heritage in order to save a dying planet. Unfortunately, a computer glitch lands them instead in . . . you guessed it . . . 1976. July fourth, nineteen seventy-six to be precise. DOH!
.
.
2176 Time Traveler: "We've come here to retrieve the heritage of our nation. The Constitution."
.
1976 Teenager: "Are you for real? You came all this way just for THAT? Duuude!"
.
The movie shows or mentions just about every “artifact” from that era, including mood rings, gas lines, Grand Funk Railroad, and self-realization seminars. Pay special attention to the line that David Cassidy delivers when his character, Adam-11, sees the Partridge Family lunchbox. Ha!
.
.
This certainly is not for everyone, but if you find that you can laugh at stupid stuff, and if you lived through this very loud era, you might find the “trip” back down memory lane to be more fun than you would have expected.
.
Here are a couple of things I have written about The Spirit Of ’76 in years past:
.
A superstupid movie, but boy does it take me back to 1976 and my senior year at Santa Monica High School. I can't watch it without my face breaking out. I always bring soda, popcorn & Clearasil.

Loud clothes! Fords explode!
Seventies: silly, zitful.

Ya know, today being the Fourth of July, watching this movie might be a good way to celebrate it . . . or not.

A Note About The Patches:
None of the patches displayed on this blog bit are replicas; these are ORIGINALS! They were sewn onto a blue denim jacket that I wore regularly circa 1970. The jacket eventually grew too small for me to wear, but before tossing it out about a decade ago, I first removed the patches and saved them for a rainy day (or a 2010, Fourth of July blog bit).
.
My very favorite of the patches was always the one that reads "ZAP", and for this reason, I referred to this particlular article of clothing as my "Zap Jacket".

Announcing "BACK IN THE USSR"

.
It is my great pleasure to announce that my buddy DiscConnected of the blog DiscConnected has started up a new blog which he is calling DiscConnected. He’s kind of like the former boxer George Foreman who had five sons and named them all George.

No, wait, that’s not right.

Actually, DiscConnected’s new blog is titled ‘Back In The USSR’ and it’s all about police dogs and the cats who train them.

No, wait, that’s not right either. But I’m getting warmer.

In truth, his new blog is titled ‘Back In The USSR’ and it’s all about policing politics. Yeah, that’s it! Third time’s a charm.

And if the first installment of ‘Back In The USSR’ is any indication, then DiscConnected has a real winner on his hands! So, I want to invite you all to read his blog and then begin ‘Following’ it because there is no such thing as “too much truth” and we all might learn a thing or two from him.

Here’s a link to the new kid on the block, BACK IN THE USSR.

Go, read, learn. You can thank me later.

"X-Y-Z: THE MECHANIX OF AMERYCAN POLITICZ" [Abridged Version]

.
Back on February 21st, I posted here on 'Ferret-Faced Fascist Friends' the full-length version of "X-Y-Z: The Mechanix Of Amerycan Politicz", but that edition proved too lengthy. I believe that only one or two of my friends even bothered to read it to the end, and when a piece I've written can't even hold the attention of my friends, I know it's in trouble.

But there was too much research and too much work that went into composing "X-Y-Z" for me to allow it to die a quick and unnoticed death. So, I have decided to post a heavily edited version below for the MTV generation. Still, it's not short, but I feel it's important and worth a second look in its abridged form. Anyone who wants to read the unedited version should click HERE.

THE NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE SYSTEM

Many years of very intensive study of some highly credible sources has proven to me that the American political scene is governed like this:

International Bankers essentially control the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) which represents the Bankers’ corporate, political and media interests. The CFR, for all intents and purposes, directs both major American political parties, the Democrats and the Republicans, in both foreign and domestic policies.

Naturally, that’s putting very succinctly a political paradigm that is in reality somewhat more complex than that. Nevertheless, minute details aside, this is indeed how the American political scene basically operates. This represents the “Active Ingredients” in the “Product.”

BAIT AND DIVIDE, SWITCH AND CONQUER

The ultimate goal in American politics is to dismantle, piece by piece if necessary, the U.S. Constitution and its Bill Of Rights and to replace it with a Socialistic World Government.

In order to achieve this goal, the American People must be convinced that it is in their best interests to scrap the American system for the newly evolving global system. In other words, the American People and the form of government established by their Founding Fathers must be conquered. The first order of business in conquering the American voters is to “Divide” them.

To do this, their “leaders” must first set the “Bait”. The Republicans decry the eroding of Individual rights and the corrupting of the Capitalist system. The Democrats protest injustices against select Groups and insist that those greedy Capitalists should spread the wealth around. Both of these arguments are meant to appeal to different mind-sets and “Bait” those sharing these world-views. As the individual takes the bait offered, he finds himself aligned with one group or the other: Republicans or Democrats. Candidates and representatives from both parties know what they need to say in order to attract and retain their potential vote and support groups.

The Democrats primarily apppeal to the bleeding-heart emotion-based voters and those perceiving themselves to be disenfranchised. In other words, mostly to women and minorities. And the party says, “We are going to make the government help you!”

The Republicans reach out to the voter block which is more individualistic and objective; proponents of ‘individual rights’ and ‘limited government’. And the party says, “We are going to make the government get off your back!”

Both types of American Voters have now taken the bait and have been effectively “Divided” from each other.

As long as The People are divided and bickering amongst themselves, it’s not likely that they will ever raise their heads above the fray to see who the real enemy is. Keep The People involved in political warfare, party versus party, and infighting against one another, and they will never notice the barbed wire being wrapped around the battlefield where they are engaged in their combat. Then, at some point when the time is right, the leaders of the factions will announce that the war is over and all combatants are prisoners in the Global Concentration Camp. That’s what is really going down, folks; the sheeple are being encircled with barbed wire while they argue, sleep, and watch TV.

However, since tyrannical Big Brother Global Government is the ultimate objective, it’s important that the group opposing centralization of power and overbearing government regulation (i.e., the Republican party) is not allowed to be very successful. That’s where the “Switch” in the “Bait and Divide, Switch and Conquer” comes in.

Having been divided from those with the “more government” Democrat mind-set, the Republican voters are now carefully managed and controlled to ensure that they aren’t actually allowed to implement all of the reforms they are constantly promised by their Handlers - their Handlers being the movers and shakers within the Republican party.

The Republican leaders talk a great game but are careful to never reveal too much (like who established the Federal Reserve System, how and why; what the CFR is and what it seeks). They will speak often about unnecessary government departments and a need for fiscal responsibility, but once voted into power at either the Executive or Congressional level, they will immediately turn their backs on all that they had previously claimed to represent. In reality, the voters are given a choice between Socialist-R and Socialist-D. The Council on Foreign Relations doesn’t care which brand of Socialism the Americans elect because the CFR directs both camps.

This is the reason that the size, scope and cost of government has never been reduced regardless of whether it was being controlled by Democrats or Republicans. Smaller government is the exact opposite of what remains the secret goal of BOTH political parties. The voters are Baited; Divided; and in the case of the Republicans, they get their “products” switched; and in the end, all of the American Principles – Constitutionalism, Rule Of Law, Individual Rights, a Republican form of government – will be conquered.

To you registered Republicans I ask this: Did you never question why it was that even when your party won the elections the longstanding Republican “smaller government” platform was never installed? Did you never notice that a pattern had developed, as if some secret force was preventing your party from fulfilling its promises even when the majority of voters had sided with you?

Did you REALLY believe that it was only by accidental or unpremeditated shifts in legislation and domestic policy that the United States of America somehow wound up moving so far to the Left of where the country once stood? Did you REALLY think that our slide into Socialism was just a natural evolution or political progression? You thought all of this Leftward movement occurred without forethought and lots of planning and manipulation from influential people behind the scenes – even within your own political party? Or did you ever pause long enough to even consider this at all?

“THE MAKING OF A PRESIDENT”

This next section of the Blog Bit contains some excerpts from the book ‘Philip Dru: Administrator’ written by Edward Mandell House and first published in 1912.

Edward Mandell House was most likely the single most influential man of American politics of the last 100 years. He was an important advisor to President Franklin Roosevelt and the right-hand man to President Woodrow Wilson. House was no outsider nor a simple speculator of the inside story on political intrigue. He was the real deal when it came to behind-the-scenes manipulation.

‘Philip Dru: Administrator’ was ostensibly a work of fiction, but in the poorly written novel, Edward Mandell House revealed the way things really work in Washington D.C. and the end result that the political conspirators are aiming for. Read these excerpts and contemplate long and deep what House is really saying here:
.
Chapter XII – “Selwyn Seeks A Candidate”
Selwyn then began carefully scrutinizing such public men in the States known as presidential cradles, as seemed to him eligible. By a process of elimination he centered upon two that appeared desirable.

One was James R. Rockland, recently elected Governor of a State of the Middle West. The man had many of the earmarks of a demagogue, which Selwyn readily recognized, and he therefore concluded to try him first.

. . .Selwyn settled back in his chair, nodding his approval and telling himself that he would not need to seek further for his candidate.

At Rockland’s earnest solicitation he remained over another day. The Governor gave him copies of his speeches and messages, so that he could assure himself that there was no serious flaw in his public record.

Selwyn cautioned him about changing his attitude too suddenly. “Go on, Rockland, as you have done in the past. It will not do to see the light too quickly. You have the progressives with you now, keep them and I will let the conservatives know that you think straight and may be trusted.

“We must consult frequently together,” he continued, “but cautiously. There is no need for anyone to know that we are working together harmoniously. I may even get some of the conservative papers to attack you judiciously. It will not harm you. But, above all, do nothing of importance without consulting me.

“I am committing the party and the Nation to you, and my responsibility is a heavy one, and I owe it to them that no mistakes are made.”

“You may trust me, Senator,” said Rockland. “I understand perfectly.”

Chapter XIV – “The Making Of A President”
Selwyn now devoted himself to the making of enough conservative senators to control comfortably that body. The task was not difficult to a man of his sagacity with all the money he could spend.

. . .It was a fascinating game to Selwyn. It appealed to his intellectual side far more than it did to his avarice. He wanted to govern the Nation with an absolute hand, and yet not be known as the directing power.

. . .In the meantime his senators were being elected, the Rockland sentiment was steadily growing and his nomination was finally brought about by the progressives fighting vigorously for him and the conservatives yielding a reluctant consent. It was done so adroitly that Rockland would have been fooled himself, had not Selwyn informed him in advance of each move as it was made.

“USAP”, SARAH PALIN, AND GLENN BECK

Personalities are built up by the media and other political production machines behind the scenes, and these personalities are carefully groomed to appeal to the political factions and give the desperate voters the impression that a knight on a white horse is on the horizon and riding to their rescue.

Of course, over time, it eventually becomes apparent that Last Year’s Savior is just another politician and then the political machines replace him or her with This Year’s Model, which gets the voter blocks all enthused and reenergized for another round of Elect ‘N’ Renounce.

Three things I’m certain of: Despite all of the messianic allusions, BarackUSAPObama is not near smart enough to be the anti-Christ; Sarah Palin is just another politician who will ultimately disappoint her followers; and if Glenn Beck really represented any threat to the status quo, he damn sure would be removed from Fox News and stripped of his highly influential teaching position at C.B.U. (Conservative Brainwashing University a.k.a. “Fox News”).

First, let’s look at “USAP”. He came in as the most unrealistically praised presidential candidate since John F. Kennedy. And being the first Black U.S. President only raised the bar of expectations and the “hopes” even higher. PROMISE: That he was a new kind of politician offering an “unprecedented level of openness” or “transparency.” But here’s what the American People really got . . .

REALITY: He is so opaque that he won’t even allow the American People to view his original, authentic birth certificate to satisfy the demands of the U.S. Constitution.

Sarah Palin is “the new kid of promise on the block” but the real Palin is already showing through. PROMISE: That she is a new kind of “rogue” politician, honest and intent on cleaning up the mess in the political realm. But here’s what the American People would really be getting . . .

REALITY: [S]he flunked on the issue of honesty. An interview with ABC’s Charles Gibson zeroed in on Palin’s statement, made at the Republican National Convention and elsewhere, “I told Congress, ‘Thanks, but no thanks, on that Bridge to Nowhere.’ If our state wanted to build a bridge, we were going to build it ourselves.”

In fact, Gibson pointed out, she was lobbying for federal funding for the bridge before she was against it, and was against it only after it had become a political embarrassment. Well, every Governor lobbies for projects for her state, Palin countered in a desperate, artless dodge. But Gibson, to his credit, focused in on the duplicity of pretending to have been against it all along. Sometimes those doggone network news people, for all their liberal biases, get it right.
~ From The New American magazine,
“Rogue” Or Ruse? by Jack Kenny.
Jan. 4, 2010.

Now, I’ll admit that, as with Rush Limbaugh, I find that I often agree with what Glenn Beck says, but also like Mr. Limboob, it’s more what Beck DOESN’T say than what he does say that bothers me. And in some ways, Beck is even sneakier about hiding his Neoconservative roots than is Ol’ Rushbo. At least he pretends to dislike the Republicans as well as the Democrats, unlike Limboob who has always come across as that loud, obnoxious blow-hard in the Republican Rah!-Rah! rooting section.

But Glenn Beck, like all Neoconservative frontmen and frontwomen, dishes out his criticism selectively, being careful not to spill all of the beans to his audience.

The October 26, 2009 edition of The New American magazine contained a review of Glenn Beck's popular book 'Common Sense' in which writer Alex Newman made the following point:

After highlighting a variety of very real problems in the book, Beck chooses a new, unrelated, and surprising enemy: those who promote the notion of a global conspiracy. In an attempt to equate them with people who advocate violence, he cautions readers to “stay away from these individuals and those ideas” and also says that they “will eventually seek to impose their rule and lifestyle on all of us.” But after warning about those who claim a global conspiracy is afoot, he goes on to expose the increasing efforts to centralize power at the global level through the United Nations and assorted treaties. Does he really believe that the machinations of the global elites to consolidate power through the UN and other institutions of world order have nothing to do with — dare we say it — conspiracy? Here again, common sense is lacking in Glenn Beck’s ‘Common Sense’.

Beck may occasionally “attack the Federal Reserve judiciously but it will not harm them” (to paraphrase Edward Mandell House from his chapter “Selwyn Seeks A Candidate”). That doesn’t cost Beck very much and will only add to his seeming credibility.

But when is Beck going to go full “Constitutional” and tell his audience that the Federal Reserve was established by International Bankers and that it is still operated by International Bankers who have no real allegiance to the United States of America? When is Beck going to tell the American People exactly what the Federal Reserve does, why it does what it does, and why it MUST be abolished before this country can ever possibly recover? When is Glenn Beck going to tell the American People what the Council on Foreign Relations is and how it essentially dictates our foreign and domestic policy and influences the vast majority of what you see or hear on television and radio? When is Glenn Beck going to tell the truth, the WHOLE truth, and nothing but the truth?

Yeah, that’s right: never! Telling the truth to the American People could only cause change – REAL change – to come about. And real change is the very last thing that the Neoconservatives want.

X-Y-Z (Or, “THE HEGELIAN DIALECTIC”)

The Hegelian Dialectic used in the realm of politics is a form of conflict resolution in which a condition (“Thesis” a.k.a. “Z”) is challenged or endangered by an opposing force (“Antithesis” a.k.a. “X”) and culminates in a resolution or compromise (“Synthesis” a.k.a. “Y”).

Today, we have an ideal example of The Hegelian Dialectic which we can look at in the form of ObamaCare. It is agreed upon at a certain level by our Social/Political Engineers behind the scenes that Socialized Medicine is the goal for a variety of reasons. But getting there can’t be accomplished in one big leap due to some citizen opposition. When a condition must be brought about in stages, the Elites, who manipulate our landscape for their own benefit, will utilize the Hegelian model.

The Republicans, pretending to fight for The Individual and professing a wish to retain the status quo, have set up at position “Z”. The Democrats, pretending to fight for The People and professing the need for an entirely reorganized and outright Socialized medical system, have set up at position “X”.

(Left) X ----------------------------------- Z (Right)

Everyone knows that a significant segment of the American People is still a bit squeamish about overt Socialism, so the move to “X” will have to be accomplished by degrees.

What will ultimately occur with the ObamaCare proposition is a compromise. The medical/insurance system we presently have will indeed be altered, but not to the degree that the Democrats are calling for. The Republicans will give some ground while engaged in “the good fight” and the Democrats will reluctantly accept a position to the right of their desired “X”. When the pseudo-fighting is all over, when the dust has settled and the smoke has cleared, you will find that we will have been moved left of “status quo Z” and met the Democrats at Y. The compromise at Y will be a semi-socialized system. This fake fight will eventually lead to this:

X --> compromise --> Y <-- compromise <-- Z

Afterwards, the Republicans will be able to say, "We defended America against the Liberals and managed to avoid X." The Democrats will be able to say, "We fought against the Right-Wing Extremists and we managed to get Y for The People."

But the next time this issue is brought to the table, the Democrats will set up at “W” and the Republicans will be defending the NEW status quo at “Y”.

(Left) W ---------------------------------- Y (Right)

After the phony fight is over and the two parties have made their compromises toward the “center”, the healthcare issue will stand at “X” which, of course, is where the socialistic Democrats had intended to take us all along and the point that the Republicans knew they would eventually reach during the process of “yielding a reluctant consent” (to again borrow a phrase from Edward Mandell House).

W --> compromise --> X <-- compromise <-- Y

Make no mistake about it, both political parties knew all along that our destination would be “X” because it was determined by the Council on Foreign Relations which guides (read: “directs”) both the Democrats and the Republicans.

This formula is played out over and over again in both the Big Colosseum (at the National level) and in the smaller arenas (in the state legislatures). And this, ladies and gentlemen, is one of the most ingenious tactics by which our elected representatives have been able, over time, to move this country ever Leftward into Socialism and Big Brother Statism.

A variant of this Hegelian Dialectic model in which both political parties work in concert might look something like this:

Let us suppose that Uncle Sam sought to gain control of a segment of the Middle East in order to control the flow of oil reserves or for any other strategical geopolitical purpose. The American Government could establish justification for a Middle East invasion by maneuvering according to the X-Y-Z Hegelian formula.

The “Z” or Thesis would be to create a frightened American citizenry concerned about its safety

The “X” or Antithesis would be to promote the idea that a madman in the area that Uncle Sam hopes to invade has weapons of mass destruction and is, one way or another, a genuine threat to American security.

The “Y” or Synthesis is to invade the madman’s territory, take him into captivity and install a puppet regime or new “democratic” government in that area which has a more favorable view of American interests.

By establishing a condition (Z), and by setting up its opposition (X), and by proposing a compromise or resolution (Y), any predetermined outcome can be surreptitiously stage-managed by a government in order to move the masses in any desired direction.

My Mother (God love her) passed away in 2005, but I still have her old Social Security card. Printed on the card just below the line upon which she signed her name is this: “For Social Security Purposes * Not For Identification”

Of course, these days, one can scarcely visit a restroom in a Federal Building without first having to provide their Social Security number for identification. So, how did you reach this point where you are constantly required by your Big Brother Government to “show your papers”? Take a guess. Anyone? It’s as easy as X-Y-Z.

How have they been able to get away with this unnoticed for so long? That’s easy! One can put anything over on a populace that, rather than safeguarding its civil liberties, wastes its time watching Survivor, American Idol and Buffy The Vampire Slayer when not reading fluff fiction by Dan Brown, John Grisham, J. K. Rowling and all the others.

THE ENDGAME

Once a person comprehends the targeted “Endgame”, which is Global Government designed and orchestrated by a world body of wealthy Elites, all of the assumed stupidity and insanity emanating from Washington D.C. on a regular basis suddenly takes on a very rational, understandable, and in fact, even predictable, character.

A stupid person doesn’t become influential in Washington D.C. and non-stupid people don’t consistently do stupid things. The experienced Chess Player who makes what appears to you to be illogical moves on the board is in fact playing the game of chess at an advanced level beyond your comprehension. Odds are that you aren’t far from being checkmated.

If you think they’re dumb in Washington, you’re the REAL dummy, and the upcoming, smug pronouncement of “global checkmate” will soon confirm that.

Ladies and gentlemen! - all off for ‘Collapsing Dollar’.
Next stop: ‘Global Currency’.

ALEX JONES VS. GLENN BECK ON F.E.M.A. CAMPS

.
At the end of this Blog Bit you are going to find a link to a YouTube video that I have been meaning to post for quite some time. I got so caught up in posting "stuffs" on my STUFFS blog recently that I have unfortunately neglected FERRET-FACED FASCIST FRIENDS - the far more important of my two blogs.

This links to a video segment of the Alex Jones show which, I believe, dates back to April of last year. I didn't see the program when it originally aired. In fact, I have never watched the Alex Jones show, although I do own a number of his documentaries. I found this clip several months ago while doing some researching into the Fox News star Glenn Beck.

The subject being discussed was the Federal Emergency Management Agency (F.E.M.A.) and the controversy regarding whether or not they are in the process of erecting prison camps designed for future use in the holding of genuine American patriots opposed to the establishment of the "New World Order" (and perhaps for the incarceration of other political prisoners as well).

Now this very notion may sound like off-the-wall, wacko, conspiracy theorist nonsense to the uneducated in these matters. Maybe it would surprise some of those skeptics to know that F.E.M.A. has already divided the country into ten regions, that the Department Of The Army's memorandum of 27 July 1994, expressly discusses "civilian inmate labor utilization and establishing prison camps on Army installations", and that the idea of rounding up entirely innocent American civilians and incarcerating them in federal camps is not a new idea to Uncle Sam. Don't believe me? Just ask the Japanese-Americans what happened to them in the good ol' U.S.A. during World War II.

Never having watched the Alex Jones show, I can’t tell you whether or not the attitude he displayed in this segment is standard operating procedure for him, although I tend to doubt it. Particularly since Jones even rebukes himself at one point saying, “I should be more professional”.

What’s clear is that Alex Jones truly detests Glenn Beck, and the repeated ad hominem remarks here - calling into question Beck’s masculinity among other things - probably isn’t going to win Jones many fans from the crowd that prefers “measured and intellectual” political discourse.

Although I’ll concede that this clip is (as Alex himself said) unprofessional, I’ll also confess that it did make me laugh several times. I undoubtedly found this amusing in large part due to my own dislike and distrust of Glenn Beck. I mean, honestly, even if I thought the man was an authentic patriot and I agreed with 100% of what he had to say, I still would find it impossible to watch his program. There is just something about his big, marshmallowy face and soft Pillsbury Doughboy body that rubs me the wrong way! Heck, I’ve seen tropical fruits that were more . . .

Well, I’ll stop there lest I tread into Alex Jones territory (and I can’t afford to get sued for plagiarism).

I’ll add, however, that for those of you who would prefer not to sit through all the needless Alex Jones yakking and the potshots he takes at Glenn Beck (humorous though some of them are), and would rather skip straight to the meat and potatoes of this segment, you can just fast-forward the video clip to the seven minute and thirty second mark and let ‘er rip.

The real question at hand is: Do the American people have any reason to be concerned about the construction of F.E.M.A. facilities that have the unnerving appearance of prison / labor camps?

Glenn Beck says that such thoughts are just outlandish paranoia, and the good people of the U.S.A. shouldn’t concern themselves about such rumors that get stirred up by the wacky conspiracy theorists like Alex Jones and his ilk. There’s no cause for alarm, uberpatriot Beck assures us. But even he is not prepared to deny the existence of these F.E.M.A. camps. Instead, he simply whitewashes them as facilities constructed in order “to help people”.

Glenn Beck: There are things that, yes, F.E.M.A. has a right to have camps and they could do things to help people. And if you wanted to go down the crazy road of . . . “But, they could be turned into—” . . . they actually could be. But there’s like a million other steps that have to happen.

Yes, yes! So, you see, Uncle Glenn (or is it Aunt Glenda?) has looked into this issue for you, Mr. and Mrs. America, and he says to lay your empty head down on your pillow like trusting little children and go back to a sound sleep. OK, yeah, so maybe there’s camps. But they are merely “to help people”, and “there’s like a million other steps that have to happen” before they could be converted into prison or labor camps.

I am now going to list for you the “like a million other steps” that would be required in order to turn the F.E.M.A. Helpful Camps into F.E.M.A. Prison Camps. I hope you have the spare time necessary to read all of these steps. Ready? Set? Go! . . .

The president of the United States would need to declare a national state of emergency and proclaim that Executive Orders 10995, 10997 through 11005, and 11051 are now in effect.

That’s it. Done.
Did that seem “like a million” steps to you? Yeah, me neither.

OK, being the bright dudes and dudettes that you are, undoubtedly you are now axing, “What do those Executive Orders pertain to?” Well, I’m glad you axed. Lemme tell ya. Executive Order number 11051 authorizes the Director of the Office of Emergency Planning to put executive orders into effect during “times of increased international tension or financial crisis”. [Hmmm… But that could never occur in the good ol’ U.S.A.]

When activated, Executive Orders number 10995 and 10997 through 11005 permit the Federal Government the seizure of: all communications media; all electrical power and fuels, including gasoline and minerals; food resources, farms, and farm equipment; all kinds of transportation, including personal automobiles, and control of all highways and seaports; aircraft and airports; railroads, inland waterways, and storage facilities.

They authorize the Federal Government to seize all civilians for work under federal supervision, and permit Housing and Finance authorities to shift population from one locality to another.

They permit the takeover of all health, education, and welfare, and grant authority to the Postmaster General to register every man, woman and child in the United States. [See ‘The Final Warning’ by Kathleen A. Keating]

Oh, but don’t give any of that another thought, good people. For you see, Uncle Glenn says it’z all good! Yeah, maybe he got that part about there being “like a million other steps” that would need to be taken before F.E.M.A. could utilize their Helpful Camps in unhelpful ways, but would Uncle Glenn lie to you? Mislead you? NEVER! And if Uncle Glenn (or Aunt Glenda) says that the very concept of the American Government imprisoning totally innocent American citizens in time of crisis is preposterous, you can take his word for it. (Or you can ask an elderly Japanese-American citizen about it instead.)

Yeah, that’s right, people. Uberpatriot Uncle Glenn is staying awake nights watching so that you don’t have to!
Count sheep and go to sleep.
